Most supplement brands start with a marketing angle and reverse-engineer the formulation. ANTI starts with the research and builds forward.
Recommending a supplement brand is not something I do lightly; ANTI Labs is truly best in class.
Most supplements on the market have never been independently verified. ANTI labs products are tested by an accredited third-party lab for purity, potency, and safety. Every single batch.
Recommending a supplement brand to a patient is a high bar for me. ANTI is one of the few brands that clears it.
As a physician, evidence matters. ANTI, with fidelity, incorporates evidence into every formulation, ultimately curating the supplements backed by science.

Rejected Ashwagandha
The marketing runs ahead of the evidence. The human trials are mostly small, many are industry-funded, and case reports have linked ashwagandha to liver injury. Until independent data catches up, it doesn't clear our bar.
Rejected Probiotics
There is no universal microbiome. A generic strain isn't guaranteed to colonize your gut, and even when it does, more bacteria isn't automatically better for any given person. Without strain, dose, and person-specific evidence, a one-size-fits-all capsule is a guess.
Rejected Greens Powder
A pinch of everything, a real dose of almost nothing. Greens powders microdose dozens of extracts at fractions of any studied amount, and plenty of those ingredients have no human evidence to begin with. A long label isn't a formula.
Rejected Electrolytes
Sweat is mostly water and sodium, and food replaces both. Unless you're training long in serious heat, or losing fluids for medical reasons, an electrolyte powder is expensive flavored salt on top of a diet that already overdelivers sodium. Hydration needs water more often than it needs a packet.
Common Questions
Do I actually need supplements?
Probably fewer than you think, and maybe none at all. Sleep, food, training, and relationships will do more for you than anything we sell. If your diet covers your needs and there isn't a specific, evidenced outcome you're after, you don't need to take anything. If you do decide to take something, check it against the evidence first. The Formulary lays out that evidence for every ingredient we've reviewed.
What certifications do you have?
Our products are made in an FDA-registered, NSF- and UL-registered, SQF-certified GMP facility in the United States. Every finished lot is tested by an independent, ISO 17025 accredited laboratory for identity, heavy metals, and microbials, and we publish the complete numerical results, so you can look up the exact contents of your lot. We do not hold the NSF Certified for Sport certification, which is a program for competitive athletes that certifies with a logo rather than published results. If you compete under a governing body that requires Certified for Sport products, check its rules before supplementing.
Why do you only sell two products?
Because almost nothing clears our standard: proven safe in humans, proven effective in humans. We'd rather make the definitive version of five things than a mediocre version of fifty. We reviewed the 100 most popular supplement ingredients and rejected 95. Three more products are in formulation now.
What's your return policy?
Every order is covered by a 60-day guarantee. If you're not satisfied, return it within 60 days of delivery for a refund or replacement, for any reason. Full details are in our Refund Policy.
How fast do you ship, and where?
We ship within the United States. Orders ship from our US fulfillment center within 1 business day.
Are your products third-party tested?
Yes. Every batch is third-party tested, and you can look up the results by lot.
Where are your products made?
In an NSF- and UL-registered, SQF-certified GMP facility in the US.
How do you decide what to sell?
We review ingredients rigorously and publish our reasoning in the Formulary. We only sell what we'd take ourselves. Of the ingredients we've reviewed, we've rejected 95%.
