These Terms of Service ("Terms") form a binding legal agreement between you and Aarmy, Inc., a Delaware corporation ("Aarmy," "we," "us," or "our"), the operator of the ANTI Labs brand ("ANTI Labs"). They govern your access to and use of our website at antilabs.com (the "Site"), and the products, services, subscriptions, and content we provide (collectively, the "Services").

By accessing the Site, creating an account, or placing an order, you agree to be bound by these Terms, our Privacy Policy, and our Return & Refund Policy. If you do not agree, do not access or use the Services.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to access the Services or purchase our products. By using the Services, you represent that you meet this requirement and that you have the legal capacity to enter into this agreement.

We do not sell to or knowingly market to minors. If you are under 18, you may not create an account or purchase products from us. Parents or guardians who believe their minor child has used our Services should contact us at help@antilabs.com.

2. Account Registration

To purchase products, including subscriptions, you may need to create an account. You agree to:

  • Provide accurate, current, and complete information
  • Maintain the security of your account credentials
  • Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access
  • Accept responsibility for all activities under your account

We may suspend or terminate your account at our discretion for any reason, including suspected fraud or violation of these Terms.

3. Products and Services

ANTI Labs sells dietary supplements. We may add, modify, or discontinue products at any time without notice. Product descriptions, ingredient lists, and nutritional information on our Site are provided in good faith, and we make commercially reasonable efforts to ensure accuracy. However, we do not guarantee that all product information on our website is complete, current, or error-free. Slight variations between batches may occur and do not constitute a defect.

We reserve the right to limit quantities, refuse service, or restrict sales by geographic region or jurisdiction.

4. Orders, Pricing, and Payment

All prices are listed in U.S. dollars and are subject to change. The price applicable to your order is the price displayed at the time you complete checkout, plus any applicable taxes and shipping.

We accept the payment methods displayed at checkout, including Shopify Payments, Shop Pay, Apple Pay, Amazon Pay, Google Pay, and major credit cards.

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order, including for the following reasons:

  • Suspected fraud or unauthorized use of payment methods
  • Inaccurate pricing or product information caused by a typographical or system error
  • Inability to verify shipping or billing information
  • Inventory unavailability
  • Orders placed by resellers or distributors without our authorization

If we cancel an order after you have been charged, you will receive a full refund to the original payment method.

Sales tax is applied based on the destination of the shipment in jurisdictions where we have a tax collection obligation.

5. Subscriptions and Auto-Renewal

ANTI Labs offers products on a recurring subscription basis. By enrolling in a subscription, you agree to the following recurring billing terms.

Auto-Renewal

Your subscription will automatically renew at the subscription interval you selected (for example, every 30, 60, or 90 days) until you cancel. On each renewal date, we will:

  1. Charge your payment method on file for the then-current subscription price for the product, plus any applicable taxes and shipping
  2. Create and ship your renewal order to the address on file

Pricing

The price applicable to your subscription is the price displayed at the time you enrolled, plus applicable taxes and shipping. We may change subscription prices on a prospective basis, but will provide you with at least 14 days' advance notice via email before any price change takes effect on your account. If you do not wish to accept the new price, you may cancel before the new price takes effect.

Managing Your Subscription

You may cancel, skip, or modify your subscription at any time through your account dashboard at subscriptions.antilabs.com, or by emailing help@antilabs.com. Changes must be made before your next scheduled renewal date to apply to the upcoming order. Once a renewal order has been processed, it may not be cancelled and is not refundable except under the terms of our Return & Refund Policy.

Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time, for any reason, through your account dashboard. There are no cancellation fees or penalties. Cancellation applies to future orders only.

Affirmative Consent

By enrolling in a subscription, you are enrolling in a continuous service that will automatically renew at the interval you selected and will continue indefinitely until you cancel. You affirmatively consent to: (a) the automatic renewal of your subscription on a recurring basis; (b) the automatic charging of your payment method on file at each renewal for the then-current subscription price plus applicable taxes and shipping; and (c) the continuation of these recurring charges until you cancel through your account dashboard at subscriptions.antilabs.com or by emailing help@antilabs.com. You acknowledge that you have read and understood these Terms, including this Section 5, prior to completing your subscription enrollment.

6. Shipping and Delivery

We currently ship within the United States only. Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days, and standard shipping arrives within 3–7 business days from the ship date, depending on destination.

Title to products passes upon delivery to the carrier. However, we may provide refunds or replacements for lost or damaged shipments as described in our Return & Refund Policy. We are not liable for delays caused by carriers, weather, or other factors outside our control.

7. Returns and Refunds

Returns and refunds are handled under our Return & Refund Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. In summary, we do not accept product returns, but we provide refunds or replacements at our discretion for damaged, defective, incorrect, or lost orders.

8. Promotions, Discounts, and Codes

From time to time we may offer promotions, discount codes, or other special offers. Each promotion may have specific terms (eligibility, expiration date, applicable products, single-use restrictions, and so on) that govern its use.

Unless stated otherwise:

  • Discount codes are non-transferable and may not be combined with other offers
  • Discount codes may not be applied to prior purchases
  • We reserve the right to revoke any promotional offer at any time, including for suspected abuse

9. Gift Cards

Gift cards are non-refundable and do not expire, except as required by applicable law. Gift cards may not be redeemed for cash except where required by law.

10. Health and Safety

FDA Disclaimer

Statements made on this Site have not been evaluated by the Food and Drug Administration. ANTI Labs products are dietary supplements and are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease.

Product Claims

Any health, wellness, performance, or fitness-related statements on our Site are intended to describe the role of dietary ingredients in supporting normal structure or function of the body, general wellness, or nutritional needs. These statements should not be interpreted as disease claims or medical advice. Information provided on our Site is for general informational purposes only and is not a substitute for advice from a qualified healthcare professional.

Consult a Healthcare Provider

Consult a qualified healthcare professional before using any dietary supplement, particularly if you:

  • Have a known or suspected medical condition
  • Are taking prescription or over-the-counter medication
  • Are pregnant, nursing, or trying to become pregnant
  • Are under 18 years of age
  • Have any allergies or food sensitivities
  • Are recovering from surgery or another medical procedure

Use as Directed

Use our products only as directed. Do not exceed the recommended serving instructions unless advised by a qualified healthcare professional.

Allergens and Ingredients

Ingredient lists and allergen information are provided on each product page and on product packaging. It is your responsibility to review this information before use. We are not liable for allergic reactions or other adverse reactions to ingredients that have been clearly disclosed.

Assumption of Risk

You acknowledge that the use of dietary supplements carries inherent risks, including but not limited to allergic reactions, gastrointestinal discomfort, and interactions with medications or medical conditions. By purchasing and using ANTI Labs products, you assume the risks associated with your individual health circumstances, misuse of the products, failure to follow directions, or use contrary to medical advice, except to the extent liability cannot be limited under applicable law.

11. Intellectual Property

The Site, the ANTI Labs name and logo, product names, designs, packaging, photography, text, graphics, videos, icons, and all other content (collectively, "Content") are the property of Aarmy, Inc. or its licensors and are protected by U.S. and international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

You may not copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, scrape, frame, sell, or exploit any Content without our prior written permission, except as necessary to view and purchase products in the ordinary course.

12. User Content

If you submit any content to us — including reviews, testimonials, photos, videos, comments, or feedback ("User Content") — you grant Aarmy, Inc. a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free, perpetual, irrevocable license to use, reproduce, modify, publish, translate, distribute, and display the User Content in connection with our business, marketing, and promotional activities. You represent that you own or have the right to grant this license, that any User Content you submit is accurate, and that it does not infringe any third-party rights or contain unlawful, misleading, defamatory, obscene, or otherwise objectionable material.

We are not obligated to publish or maintain any User Content and may remove, edit, or refuse to publish content at our sole discretion.

13. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Use the Services for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable law
  • Resell or commercially redistribute ANTI Labs products without our written authorization
  • Use bots, scrapers, crawlers, or other automated means to access the Site
  • Interfere with the security, integrity, or availability of the Site
  • Upload or transmit viruses, malware, or harmful code
  • Submit false, misleading, or fraudulent information
  • Impersonate any person or entity
  • Use the Services to harass, abuse, defame, intimidate, or discriminate against others
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems or accounts

We reserve the right to terminate your access to the Services for violating these prohibitions.

14. Third-Party Services and Links

Our Site may include links to or integrations with third-party websites, tools, apps, or services, including payment processors, fulfillment providers, subscription platforms, analytics tools, advertising networks, and social media platforms.

We are not responsible for third-party websites or services, and your use of them may be governed by separate terms and privacy policies. We do not endorse any third-party content or service.

15. Privacy

Your use of the Services is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which describes how we collect, use, and share your information. By using the Services, you consent to the data practices described in the Privacy Policy.

16. Disclaimer of Warranties

EXCEPT AS EXPRESSLY PROVIDED IN THESE TERMS, THE SERVICES AND PRODUCTS ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE," WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS, IMPLIED, OR STATUTORY. TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, AARMY, INC. DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, INCLUDING ANY IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, TITLE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICES WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, SECURE, OR FREE FROM VIRUSES OR OTHER HARMFUL COMPONENTS, THAT DEFECTS WILL BE CORRECTED, OR THAT THE SERVICES OR ANY CONTENT MEETS YOUR SPECIFIC REQUIREMENTS OR EXPECTATIONS.

SOME JURISDICTIONS DO NOT ALLOW LIMITATIONS ON IMPLIED WARRANTIES, SO SOME OF THE ABOVE LIMITATIONS MAY NOT APPLY TO YOU.

17. Limitation of Liability

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, IN NO EVENT WILL AARMY, INC., ITS AFFILIATES, OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, AGENTS, OR LICENSORS BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, EXEMPLARY, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR FOR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES, ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF THE SERVICES OR PRODUCTS, EVEN IF WE HAVE BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.

OUR TOTAL CUMULATIVE LIABILITY ARISING FROM OR RELATED TO THESE TERMS OR THE SERVICES WILL NOT EXCEED THE GREATER OF (A) THE AMOUNT YOU PAID TO US IN THE TWELVE MONTHS PRECEDING THE EVENT GIVING RISE TO THE CLAIM, OR (B) ONE HUNDRED U.S. DOLLARS ($100). THE FOREGOING LIMITATIONS AND EXCLUSIONS DO NOT APPLY TO LIABILITY FOR: (A) DEATH OR PERSONAL INJURY CAUSED BY DEFECTIVE PRODUCTS; (B) GROSS NEGLIGENCE; (C) WILLFUL OR INTENTIONAL MISCONDUCT; (D) FRAUD OR FRAUDULENT MISREPRESENTATION; OR (E) ANY OTHER LIABILITY THAT CANNOT BE LIMITED OR EXCLUDED UNDER APPLICABLE LAW.

SOME JURISDICTIONS DO NOT ALLOW THE EXCLUSION OR LIMITATION OF CERTAIN DAMAGES, SO SOME OF THE ABOVE LIMITATIONS MAY NOT APPLY TO YOU.

18. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Aarmy, Inc., its affiliates, and their respective officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, costs, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or related to: (a) your breach of these Terms; (b) your misuse of the Services or products; (c) your violation of any law or third-party rights; or (d) any User Content you submit.

19. Dispute Resolution; Arbitration; Class Action Waiver

Please read this section carefully. It affects your legal rights.

Informal Resolution

Before initiating any formal dispute, you agree to first contact us at help@antilabs.com to attempt to resolve the issue informally. We will work in good faith to resolve any dispute within 60 days.

Binding Arbitration

If we cannot resolve the dispute informally, any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or relating to these Terms, the Services, or our products ("Dispute") will be resolved by binding individual arbitration administered by the American Arbitration Association (AAA) under its Consumer Arbitration Rules. The Federal Arbitration Act governs the interpretation and enforcement of this provision.

  • The arbitration will be conducted in English, in Los Angeles, California, or via video conference at your election.
  • The arbitrator's decision will be final and binding.
  • Judgment on the arbitrator's award may be entered in any court of competent jurisdiction.

Coordinated or Mass Filings.

If 25 or more similar Demands for Arbitration are filed against Aarmy, Inc. by or with the coordinated assistance of the same counsel or a coordinated group of counsel within a 60-day period, the parties agree that the AAA will administer the Demands in sequential batches of no more than 50 Demands at a time. For each batch, the parties will select up to ten bellwether cases (five selected by claimants' counsel and five selected by Aarmy, Inc.) to be arbitrated first. After the bellwether arbitrations conclude, the parties will engage in good-faith mediation as to the remaining Demands in that batch before any further Demands proceed to arbitration. The applicable statute of limitations and filing-fee obligations will be tolled for all Demands in the queue until each Demand is selected to proceed. This provision is intended to promote the efficient and fair resolution of related claims and shall be interpreted to give effect to that purpose.

Class Action Waiver

YOU AND AARMY, INC. AGREE THAT EACH MAY BRING CLAIMS AGAINST THE OTHER ONLY IN AN INDIVIDUAL CAPACITY AND NOT AS A PLAINTIFF OR CLASS MEMBER IN ANY PURPORTED CLASS, COLLECTIVE, OR REPRESENTATIVE PROCEEDING. Unless both you and we agree otherwise, the arbitrator may not consolidate more than one person's claims and may not preside over any form of class proceeding.

Jury Trial Waiver

YOU AND AARMY, INC. WAIVE ANY RIGHT TO A TRIAL BY JURY. All Disputes will be resolved through arbitration as described above, not in court (except for the carve-outs below).

Carve-Outs

The arbitration requirement and class action waiver do not apply to:

  • Claims for injunctive or other equitable relief brought in a court of competent jurisdiction to address intellectual property infringement
  • Claims that may be brought in small claims court, so long as the claim remains in that court and is brought on an individual basis

Opt-Out

You may opt out of this arbitration agreement by emailing help@antilabs.com within 30 days of your first acceptance of these Terms. Your opt-out notice must include your full name, mailing address, the email address associated with your account, and a clear statement that you wish to opt out of arbitration.

Severability

If any portion of this Section 19 is found unenforceable, the remaining portions will remain in effect to the fullest extent permitted by law, except that if the class action waiver is found unenforceable as to any particular claim, that claim will be severed and proceed in court while all other claims remain in arbitration.

20. Governing Law and Venue

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to its conflict-of-laws principles, except to the extent applicable consumer protection laws of your state of residence cannot be waived. Any Dispute not subject to arbitration will be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Los Angeles County, California, and you consent to the personal jurisdiction of those courts.


21. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The most recent version will always be available on our website with the "Last updated" date at the top. Material changes will be communicated to you by email or by prominent notice on the Site before they take effect. Your continued use of the Services after a change becomes effective constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.

22. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Services at any time, for any reason, including breach of these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Services will immediately cease, but the following sections will survive: Intellectual Property, User Content, Disclaimer of Warranties, Limitation of Liability, Indemnification, Dispute Resolution, Governing Law, and Miscellaneous.

23. Force Majeure

We are not liable for any failure or delay in performance caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including natural disasters, pandemics, supply chain disruptions, labor strikes, government action, or carrier delays.

24. Miscellaneous

Entire Agreement. These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and Return & Refund Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and Aarmy, Inc. regarding the Services and supersede any prior agreements or communications.

Severability. If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect.

No Waiver. Our failure to enforce any provision of these Terms is not a waiver of our right to enforce it in the future.

Assignment. You may not assign or transfer your rights under these Terms without our prior written consent. We may assign these Terms freely.

No Agency. No agency, partnership, joint venture, or employment relationship is created by these Terms.

Headings. Section headings are for convenience only and do not affect the interpretation of these Terms.
