On the record.

Every ANTI Labs formulation is reviewed and signed by nine named, credentialed physicians before it ships. Aaron Esagoff, MD formulates each product, but nothing ships until all nine independent advisors sign off, and any of them is free to say no. Each one is accountable, by name, for what carries our seal.

Institutional affiliations are shown for identification only and do not imply endorsement of ANTI Labs by those institutions.

In their words.

"Supplements live in a regulatory gap — brands aren't required to prove the dose works or that the label matches the lab. ANTI is built as if those rules applied."

Questions about the board

Who reviews ANTI Labs formulations?

Nine practicing physicians on the ANTI Labs medical advisory board. They're clinicians and researchers at Johns Hopkins, Harvard, Stanford, Mayo Clinic, UCSF, Penn Medicine, George Washington, and the University of Iowa. Every formulation is reviewed and signed by the board before it ships, and every advisor is named on this page.

Do Johns Hopkins, Harvard, or Stanford endorse ANTI Labs?

No. Institutional affiliations identify where our advisors practice, train, and conduct research. They do not imply endorsement of ANTI Labs by Johns Hopkins, Harvard, Stanford, or any other institution.

What does the advisory board actually do?

Advisors review formulations for evidence of safety and effectiveness. Safety, more than anything. They look at ingredient selection, dosing, interaction profiles, and label claims. They review products. They don't give medical advice to customers.

What happens when a formulation changes?

Any reformulation goes back to the board as a new version and gets a new signed review before it ships.

Who founded ANTI Labs?

Aaron Esagoff, MD, a physician trained at Johns Hopkins. Ten MDs in total stand behind every formulation: nine on the advisory board and one behind the company.
