Refund policy

This policy describes how returns, refunds, and replacements are handled for products purchased from ANTI Labs, a brand operated by Aarmy, Inc. ("ANTI Labs," "we," "us," or "our"). By placing an order through our website, you agree to these terms.
Returns
For safety and quality reasons, we do not accept returns of ANTI Labs products, whether opened or unopened. Once a supplement has left our fulfillment center, we cannot verify the conditions under which it has been stored, and reselling returned product would compromise the standards we hold our supply chain to.
Refunds and Replacements
If your order arrives damaged, defective, incorrect, or is lost in transit through no fault of your own, contact us within 30 days of delivery, or within 30 days of the expected delivery date for orders that do not arrive, and we'll review your request.
We may issue refunds or replacements, at our discretion, for:
- Products damaged in transit
- Defective products
- Incorrect items shipped
- Orders confirmed by the carrier as lost (except where non-delivery resulted from incorrect or incomplete shipping information or refusal of delivery)
To request a refund or replacement, email help@antilabs.com with your order number, a brief description of the issue, and any relevant photos (photos help us evaluate damaged or defective items and improve our packaging).
Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days of approval. Your bank or card issuer may take additional time to post the refund.
Subscriptions
You can cancel, skip, or modify your subscription at any time from your account dashboard. Subscription renewals are billed on your scheduled renewal date. Once a renewal order is processed, it is sent to fulfillment and typically shipping within 1–2 business days. To avoid being charged for a renewal, please cancel, skip, or modify before your renewal date. Orders that have already shipped are not refundable except under the conditions described above.
Gift Cards
Gift cards are non-refundable and do not expire.
Incorrect Shipping Information
You are responsible for providing accurate shipping information at checkout. Orders returned to us due to incorrect or incomplete addresses, or orders refused at delivery, are not eligible for a refund. If the product is returned to us and remains in deliverable condition, we're happy to help reship to you (additional expenses may apply).
Chargebacks
If something has gone wrong with your order, please contact us before disputing the charge with your card issuer. We can usually resolve order issues faster than a chargeback can be processed.
Changes to This Policy
We may update this policy from time to time. The most recent version will always be available on our website with the "Last updated" date at the top.
